En este caso, su nombre tiene que ver m\u00e1s con el tipo de copa en el que se sirve, la cl\u00e1sica copa Martini.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">&#8220;Algo que me despierte y que me joda&#8221;<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Existe diversas an\u00e9cdotas que explican el nacimiento de este c\u00f3ctel, quiz\u00e1s la m\u00e1s significativa sea la que situa su fecha de creaci\u00f3n en 1980 en el Freds Club de Londres. Seg\u00fan se cuenta, una ma\u00f1ana apareci\u00f3 por el club una mujer joven que llevaba toda la noche de fiesta. Esta joven (seg\u00fan dicen, futura supermodelo) estaba bastante perjudicada por los excesos nocturnos y ten\u00eda una audici\u00f3n importante. Se acerc\u00f3 a la barra y le pidi\u00f3, literalmente, \u201calgo que me despierte y que me joda\u201d. Dick Bradsell, el barman, tras lo que hab\u00eda sido una larga ma\u00f1ana de servir cafes y debido a la proximidad de la maquina a su puesto de servicio, tuvo la brillante idea de mezclar los ingredientes que componen este c\u00f3ctel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Esta es una receta que no var\u00eda mucho a lo largo del planeta. En su composici\u00f3n lleva como alcohol base vodka, que se mezcla con Kalhua (licor de caf\u00e9 de origen mexicano), sirope de az\u00facar y medio caf\u00e9 espresso.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">No ser\u00eda adecuado el uso del t\u00edpico caf\u00e9 licor, como el Cerol, ya que este se obtiene por maceraci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 en alcohol neutro pero a este no se le a\u00f1ade az\u00facar.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Es importante la correcta utilizaci\u00f3n de una bebida de caf\u00e9 adecuada, puesto que para la correcta realizaci\u00f3n del coctel se necesita un licor a base de caf\u00e9, azucar y un destilado base, como puede ser el tradicional licor de caf\u00e9 gallego o el Kalhua que lleva la receta original. Sin embargo, no ser\u00eda adecuado el uso del t\u00edpico caf\u00e9 licor, como el Cerol, tradicional de Alcoy y Cocentaina (regi\u00f3n situada al norte de la Provincia de Alicante), ya que este se obtiene por maceraci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 en alcohol neutro pero a este no se le a\u00f1ade az\u00facar. Esta diferencia es crucial, ya que el dulzor del licor de caf\u00e9 es imprescindible para que el coctel sea equilibrado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">En The Whisper, nuestra cocteler\u00eda en Alicante, adem\u00e1s de la receta cl\u00e1sica, hemos creado una variaci\u00f3n en la que sustituimos el vodka por ron dorado debido los aromas del caf\u00e9 maridan increiblemente bien con los de determinados rones de esta clase.
