Se descubri\u00f3 en M\u00e9xico y dice la leyenda que surgi\u00f3 en una fuerte tormenta cuando un rayo cay\u00f3 en una planta de agave, lo que provoc\u00f3 que se abriera y cocinara liberando as\u00ed el l\u00edquido de su interior. A partir de ese momento se dijo que era el el\u00edxir de los dioses.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proceso debe ser totalmente artesanal<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En M\u00e9xico es considerada como una bebida m\u00edstica y afrodis\u00edaca, adem\u00e1s de un popular remedio para el desamor. Hay un dicho mexicano con el que no podemos estar m\u00e1s de acuerdo y dice as\u00ed: \u201c\u00a1Para todo mal, tome un buen mezcal!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para elaborarlo el proceso debe ser totalmente artesanal y se pueden usar hasta 40 variedades diferentes de agave con un m\u00ednimo de 6 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad, adem\u00e1s tiene denominaci\u00f3n de origen y por ello solo se puede producir en 9 regiones de M\u00e9xico: Durango, Guanajuato, Puebla, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Michoac\u00e1n, Tamaulipas y Zacatecas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos estar\u00e9is pensando en la resaca del d\u00eda siguiente, pero no os preocup\u00e9is, si no lo mezclais con otros destilados&#8230; \u00a1Estar\u00e9is como nuevos!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto tiene mucho que ver con el origen de la planta de agave que es resistente a climas extremos, la mayor\u00eda son silvestres y no se interviene en su reproducci\u00f3n y en aquellas que son cultivadas no se utilizan fertilizantes. El mezcal una vez destilado no necesita de conservantes o sustancias sint\u00e9ticas para su conservaci\u00f3n ya embotellado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podemos encontrar cuatro variedades de mezcal seg\u00fan su maduraci\u00f3n y esto hace que sean m\u00e1s o menos intensos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joven: cuando es embotellado tras su destilaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reposado: cuando se deja madurar de 2 a 12 meses en recipientes de madera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1ejo: cuando se deja madurar m\u00e1s de 12 meses en recipientes de madera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Madurado en vidrio: se deja reposar durante m\u00e1s de 12 meses, ya sea bajo tierra o en un espacio con condiciones estables de oscuridad, temperatura y humedad.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de nuestras \u00faltimas creaciones: La Llorona<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En The Whisper contamos con una gran variedad de c\u00f3cteles con esta rica bebida. Una de nuestras \u00faltimas creaciones es el trago La Llorona en honor a nuestra adorada Chavela Vargas.
