Esperamos que est\u00e9is todos bien y poco a poco vuestra vida volviendo a la normalidad. Hoy queremos adentrarnos en la historia de uno de los c\u00f3cteles que m\u00e1s nos gustan, el Zombie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay muy pocos detalles del origen de este c\u00f3ctel tan misterioso. Aunque s\u00ed sabemos que fue creado en los a\u00f1os 30, en plena ley seca, bajo el manto de la \u00e9poca dorada de Hollywood. La gente quer\u00eda disfrutar, pas\u00e1rselo bien y si hab\u00eda que pasarse la ley por alto, se pasaba. Entre los muchos locales que serv\u00edan alcohol de forma poco legal estaba el restaurante The Beachcomber. Aqu\u00ed el famoso barman Ernest Raymond Beaumont Gantt m\u00e1s conocido como \u201cDon Beach\u201d invent\u00f3 la receta de este famoso trago. Por lo que cuentan, Don Beach se llev\u00f3 la receta a la tumba. As\u00ed que, lo que hoy conocemos son versiones de la original, tampoco sabemos a ciencia cierta cual es el origen pero hay muchas leyendas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un amigo que le pidi\u00f3 una bebida capaz de revivirlo debido a la fuerte resaca que soportaba<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de ellas apunta a que Don Beach estaba preparando un trago para un amigo que se encontraba a punto de viajar en avi\u00f3n. D\u00edas m\u00e1s tarde este amigo volvi\u00f3 al restaurante quej\u00e1ndose de que ese trago lo hab\u00eda convertido en un aut\u00e9ntico zombie en su viaje por el alto contenido en alcohol de la mezcla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra versi\u00f3n nos cuenta que Don Beach hizo este trago para un amigo que le pidi\u00f3 una bebida capaz de revivirlo debido a la fuerte resaca que soportaba de la noche anterior.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sea cual sea la historia correcta lo que s\u00ed sabemos a ciencia cierta es que el nombre de Zombie, se debe al alto contenido alcoh\u00f3lico del c\u00f3ctel, tanto que se bromea con que ser\u00eda capaz de resucitar a un muerto. Hay un dato que nos parece muy curioso, en los restaurantes Beachcomber se estuvo limitado durante a\u00f1os el consumo de estos c\u00f3cteles a dos unidades por persona. Ya que la equivalencia en alcohol de este trago es aproximadamente la que contendr\u00edan tres c\u00f3cteles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os invitamos a que lo pid\u00e1is a trav\u00e9s de nuestro take away<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se dice que la receta que m\u00e1s se aproxima a la original es la siguiente:Una parte de ron blanco,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una parte de ron dorado, una parte de ron oscuro, media parte de 151-proof rum,\u00a0 una parte de brandy, una parte de zumo de pi\u00f1a, dos partes de zumos tropicales y un golpe de sirope de granadina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de dejarte como un zombie tiene un sabor tan equilibrado que la alta graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica pasa desapercibida. Esto lo hace un c\u00f3ctel perfecto para cualquier paladar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la actualidad muchos tenemos nuestra propia versi\u00f3n del Zombie. Os invitamos a que lo pid\u00e1is a trav\u00e9s de nuestro take away y nos cont\u00e9is qu\u00e9 os parece nuestra versi\u00f3n de este rico trago.
